Tangalooma Ecomarines
We are a Sponsor to Tangalooma Eco-marines, a local charity committed to engaging and educating school students in environmental conservation of Moreton Bay.
The Tangalooma EcoMarines is a Brisbane based not-for-profit Foundation. As a registered charity, the Foundation works to improve the water quality of waterways and adjacent environs throughout southeast Queensland to enhance the marine environment of Moreton Bay.

Eco Tourism Australia
Inspire environmentally sustainable and culturally responsible tourism. Ecotourism Australia (EA) is a not for profit organisation focused on inspiring environmentally sustainable and culturally responsible tourism. We design and deliver certification programs for tourism products, representing more than 500 environmentally responsible ecotourism operators and 1,500 products across Australia.

Climate action leader
Climate Action Certification is designed for all sectors of the tourism industry including hotels, attractions, tours, transport, restaurants, travel agents, tourism commissions and industry bodies. The Climate Action Certification program is dedicated to reducing carbon emissions and assuring travellers that certified products are backed by a commitment to sustainable practices related to addressing climate change.
Certification means: Businesses have incorporated strategic climate change responses across all relevant levels of business planning and operations. They are measuring and auditing their carbon footprint via a creditable system and have undertaken an advanced level of adaptation, emissions reduction and offsetting and are working towards becoming carbon neutral.

The ECO Certification program assures travellers that certified products are backed by a strong, well managed commitment to sustainable practices and provides high quality nature-based tourism experiences.
The ECO Certification Program is a world first and it has been developed to address the need to identify genuine nature and ecotourism operators.
Certification means: Australia’s leading and most innovative ecotourism products that operate with minimal impact on the environment and provide opportunities to learn about the environment with operators who are committed to achieving best practice, using resources wisely, contributing to conserving the environment and helping local communities.

Queensland tourism awards (Hall of fame)
The Hall of Fame award is a prestigious award presented to entrants that have won in their selected category for three consecutive years. After their induction into the Hall of Fame, the business becomes exempt from entering the same category for the next two years.
